Anticipate a pricing range between $0.08 (cents) and $0.16 (cents) per line. Our pricing is based off the industry standard of a 65-character line for Ditto’s HIPAA-compliant medical transcription ­pricing.

Requested quick turnaround times (STATs), overall volume and specialty type are key factors dictating the price.

Category A:

Category B:

• 100% human transcribed and also 99% accuracy guarantee. All US based transcriptionists.
• You can dictate using our call in number, iPhone app, or upload digital files from a handheld digital recorder.

• We can also do the per line rates listed above if there is a line counter within your EHR or EMR

• Flat rates between $0.25 (cents) and $3.00 per report
• We can also do the per line rates listed above if there is a line counter within your LIS system or PACs system

We also offer an HL7 interface with any EHR, EMR, LIS, and PACs systems. If your system allows for secure HL7 interfaces we can provide one. This will allow you to have your reports sent straight to your system and into the right data fields without you or your staff having to do anything.
